1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JobDataLake API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. JobDataLake is operated by JobDataLake Inc.
2. Description of Service
JobDataLake provides a RESTful API for accessing enriched job posting data. The Service includes job search, company data, and related endpoints as documented.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. API Usage
You agree to use the API in accordance with the rate limits and usage quotas of your plan. You may not resell raw API responses without adding substantial value. You may not use the Service to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our complete dataset.
5. Pricing and Payment
Free tier users receive 1,000 requests per month at no cost. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Purchased credits do not expire. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record.
6. Refund Policy
API credits are non-refundable once purchased. Purchased credits do not expire. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
7. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date job data, we make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data. Job postings are sourced from public company career pages and enriched using AI. The Service is provided "as is."
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to: violate any laws or regulations, harass or harm individuals, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobDataLake and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
